WESTFIELD — Three individuals are facing charges after a search warrant led to the discovery of drugs, cash and a weapon.
On Thursday morning, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigators, along with the assistance of the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office SWAT, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigators and the city of Dunkirk Police Department, executed a search warrant at 7617 Felton Road. As a result of the search, investigators found 1.65 grams of fentanyl, 0.53 grams of ketamine, 65 dosage units of Clonazepam, scales and drug packaging material, four long guns and $352 in U.S. currency.
Alexis Campbell and Mark C. Baker II, both of 7617 Felton Road, were charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
William J. Petsch of 131 Old Mill Road, Brocton, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. All three along were transported to the Centralized Arraignment Program at the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Jail.
